Facilitation for Meetings or Retreats

Many leaders know what they want to get out of a team retreat or strategic planning meeting, but they don’t always have the time to plan how to get there. In addition, certain conversations benefit from a facilitator who is both neutral and experienced at facilitating groups of different sizes. KW Facilitation offers expert planning and facilitation services for mission-driven organizations seeking to maximize the effectiveness of high-impact meetings and retreats. Through thoughtful preparation and skilled facilitation using proven techniques, we help guide discussions with multiple stakeholders, foster collaboration, and build consensus and alignment. We will meet with you to understand your goals, stakeholders, and constraints for either a one-off event or series of meetings. From there, we will design an agenda to achieve these goals. KW Facilitation is available to facilitate in-person, hybrid, or remote events for a group of (almost) any size.

Leadership Trainings or Workshops

KW Facilitation provides tailored leadership trainings and workshops designed to equip leaders with the skills and shared language they need to thrive as a team. Topics are customized to the unique needs of your organization and may include: understanding your leadership style; communication, feedback, and difficult conversations; leading teams through change; conflict resolution; decision-making; managing up, down, and across; building strong teams; burnout and resilience; and more. By combining engaging activities, reflective exercises, and practical frameworks, KW Facilitation ensures that participants leave with actionable insights and tools they can immediately apply to strengthen their leadership capabilities, adapt to bring to their teams, and ultimately drive positive organizational change.

Custom Longitudinal Leadership Programming

For organizations looking to develop long-term organizational capacity, KW Facilitation offers co-designed leadership programming that aligns with your specific organizational goals and values. This service is ideal for organizations looking to develop a pipeline of leaders who are deeply aligned with their mission and values. Through a collaborative design process, KW Facilitation works with organizations to customize the program’s structure and logistics, training content, and target audience. Leadership programming typically includes:

  1. Cohort-based learning sessions that foster peer learning, mentorship, and collective problem-solving, and

  2. Personalized coaching to provide targeted, pragmatic support for individual growth 

Target audiences can include: individuals newer to people management, existing managers and directors looking to return to the basics and sharpen their leadership skillset, as well as individuals looking to move into management in the near future. All programming is designed to be pragmatic, experiential, and immediately actionable, and rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
