About
At KW Facilitation, we base all of our work in the idea that success in mission-driven organizations lives in the space where mission, justice, leadership, and strategy overlap. Additionally, our work lives in the space where theory and frameworks can be applied to the reality of fast-paced, complex work situations. We take a simple and pragmatic approach designed to promote your strengths at both the individual and organizational levels. We work to understand an individual or team’s starting point and work from there in partnership. We are lifelong learners that are committed to our personal growth alongside yours.
